On this Giving Tuesday, FCHS Foundation is grateful for our generous community of donors
who support Four Counties Health Services year round. As many of you are aware, HOSPITAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IS NOT FUNDED BY THE PROVINCE. Four Counties Health Services Foundation relies on community support to raise the approximately $250,000 required annually for patient medical equipment needs at FCHS (Newbury Hospital).
Our Fall Appeal is our largest campaign of the year — many donate to the hospital as a way to give back to the community during this festive season. DUE TO THE POSTAL STRIKE, you may be wondering how to make your annual donation. Here are some options:

– Very important to specify name and full address of donor in message
– If memorial or tribute gift, please specify name to honour - Drop off a cheque or cash to our office at 1794 Concession Drive Monday – Thursday,
9:00 am – 3:30 pm or by appointment - FCHS Registration Desk (Emergency Entrance) will accept donations in a labelled envelope. Please include contact information for receipt purposes

NOTE: We are unable to process Debit or Tap transactions at this time. Tax receipts will be available early January.
