FCHS Foundation is thrilled to have received a $12,000 Grant from Chatham Kent Community Foundation and South Kent Community Fund. This generous donation funded an Electrocardiogram Monitor for Four Counties’ Emergency Department. In 2023, 45% of FCHS Emergency Department visits were from Chatham-Kent residents. We appreciate the two foundations for recognizing the significance of Four Counties Health Services as a primary hospital for many residents of Chatham-Kent. THANK YOU!
Four Counties Health Services (FCHS) is a primary care facility providing emergency care, diagnostic services, and rehabilitation. Serving approximately 23,000 residents, it is located in the village of Newbury at the intersection of Chatham-Kent, Lambton, Middlesex and Elgin Counties.
