Royal Canadian Legion Charitable Foundation Grant for Vital Signs Monitor - 2009

FCHS Foundation received a cheque for $4,070 from The Royal Canadian Legion Charitable Foundation through a grant for the purchase of a Vital Signs Monitor for the Nursing Unit.

The Royal Canadian Legion, Ontario Provincial Command Branches and Ladies Auxiliaries Charitable Foundation has been in operation since 1981 and each year review applications for medical equipment and research funding, award grants to community medical facilities and organizations across the province. This is the fourth such grant to be awarded to Four Counties. To date and including this grant, gifts from various local branches of the Legion, the Zone and the Foundation have totaled in excess of $120,000 and we are most grateful for their support.
